An end-user will launch this viewer with one of two goals in mind: to either preview music or to view and/or print music in their "Print-Ready Music" collection. This viewer is completely html5 compatible and needs no additional software to run outside of a web browser.
In 2022, the viewer was updated with a more modern viewer that supported loading of PDF files instead of SVGs, as converting PDFs to SVGs became very inconsistent over time and lead to numerous sheet music quality problems. This new viewer, and the corresponding printing system, is titled "Sheet Music Core."
To upgrade to this viewer, add the query parameter "&smc=true" to your legato view/print links.
