Publishers have access to a web-based admin console where they may invite vendors to sell their music online by integrating with the DMC. An email containing two links is sent to invited vendors. The first link directs vendors to the login page and is provided for vendors who already have an account. The second link directs vendors to an account creation page. Once a vendor has an account and has logged in successfully, they are redirected to their profile page where the publisher appears in the vendor's list of pending invites. Vendors may choose to accept a publisher's invitation by pressing the "Accept" button to the right of the publisher's name. Upon acceptance, vendors are given access to all of the music in the publisher's music library.
Note: In order for an invitation and a vendor's account to be associated correctly, vendors must follow of the links contained in the email. If a publisher still does not appear in a vendor's list of pending invites after the vendor has followed the appropriate link, the pubhlisher may have deleted the invitation.
